In-service laminated glass structures can suffer for many influencing parameters, and robust monitoring strategies are required to ensure maximum safety levels. At the same time, new technologies and ad-hoc performance indicators can be particularly helpful. According to HOPgLAz goals, a new Framework Agreement has been recently signed with So.Co.BA. Foundation, to run non-destructive in-field experiments on the pedestrian glass structure that finds place in the beautiful context of the Roman Age Basilica of Aquileia (Udine, Italy).
